Spring Equinox Ceremony

We will begin with a grounding meditation, breathwork, enjoy a chakra clearing meditation, and Ashley will provide the group Reiki, and we we close out with a ritual and cacao ceremony.

Reiki is a holistic healing technique that involves the gentle laying of hands on or near the body to channel positive energy. in a session, this energy directs itself to areas where it's needed most. Practitioners are not controlling the reiki energy but rather a channel for it. The goal is to promote relaxation, balance energy, and support the body's natural healing abilities.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and set up your mat.

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice.

• Yoga mats will be provided should you request, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
