Monday Mindset: Vinyasa Flow at Marimo Dance in Franconia with Earth2Sunshine

The first 4 Monday's in May, Ashley (Earth2Sunshine) will be leading a 45 minute all levels vinyasa flow at Marimo Dance in Fanconia. 334 Main St. Unit 2 Franconia, New Hampshire (right across from the Market and Deli)

These class sizes will stay small so register ahead of time to save your spot! If you do not have a mat, let me know and I will make sure one is provided for you :) 

Join us 4 Monday nights in May for a fun and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class. Suitable for all levels, this class will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a sense of balance both on and off the mat. Set to an energizing playlist, you'll move through a series of yoga poses that will help you connect your breath with your movement, creating a moving meditation that will leave you feeling grounded and centered.
