Eclipse Glow Gentle Yoga

Eclipses happen twice a year, as the sun moon and earth come into alignment, they are portals to rapid personal change and growth.  Total solar eclipse occurs when the moon completely covers the sun, blocking its light, stars come out during the day, its an incredible event! Our studio is located in the path of totality!! Come flow with us for this fun Glow Yoga Event!

Rejuvenating and soul-nourishing session where we will harness the energies of the eclipse. We will begin with a grounding meditation, flow through gentle yoga poses, enjoy a chakra clearing meditation and Ashley will provide the group Reiki during savasana. We will have blacklights, glow paint and glow sticks, galaxy lights, and more, we are so excited!! This yoga session is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, looking to unwind, relax, and find inner balance.
