Eclipse Glow Chair Yoga

Eclipses happen twice a year, as the sun moon and earth come into alignment, they are portals to rapid personal change and growth.  Total solar eclipse occurs when the moon completely covers the sun, blocking its light, stars come out during the day, its an incredible event! Our studio is located in the path of totality!! Come flow with us, with the use of a chair, for this fun Glow Yoga Event! 

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of yoga with the option to not get all the way down on the floor. With the use of a chair, you'll be able to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength in a safe and supported way.
